Apis is looking for another worker bee
We are looking for a creative, tech savvy self-starter with strong communication skills to join our team. This is a remote, part-time (6-10 hours per week), sub-contractor position.
JOB DESCRIPTION: You will build websites solely in the WordPress content management system and will be responsible for creating the overall customer experience for our client’s websites from start to finish. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements.
TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Stylize WordPress Design themes (primarily Themify and Elegant Theme frameworks)
- Implement and write custom CSS to stylize the theme
- Implement and configure WordPress plugins
- Create and design individual web pages
- Design elements and finished solutions to work in a variety of browsers
- Adjust design for mobile/tablet design (responsive design)
- Graphic Design in Photoshop / Illustrator
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
- WordPress
- HTML
- CSS
- Adobe Photoshop
