Apis Productions is looking for a Copywriter
This position will assist with an influx of marketing tasks. Our team is 100% virtual – this is a remote, part-time (8-12 +/- hours per week), subcontractor position.Duties:
- Social Media (LinkedIn) posts
- Blog/Article writing on various life insurance topics
- Copywriting on new websites
- Taglines and copy for various marketing materials
Skills / Experience / Requirements- Capable writer that is able to take information provided and create relevant content
- Team player that is able to work with our Marketing and Creative team to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of LinkedIn social posting
- Creative mind who can write engaging copy about any topic
- Pleasant, affable personality that enjoys working with others
- Ability to learn/use systems to organize tasks such as: Monday.com, Google Sheets,
etc. - Desire to learn from the team in order to execute for our clients
- Be reliable, trustworthy, and kind (a sense of humor is also a plus)
- 3+ years of writing for professional industries
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products a plus
- Portfolio of past writing examples required

Apis Productions is looking for a part-time Project Manager
This position will assist with managing software development projects. Our team is 100% virtual – this is a remote, part-time (15 +/- hours per week), subcontractor position.
Duties:- Attending phone conferences with clients and vendors throughout project life cycles
- Following up with clients and other project members for deliverables
- Assigning work tasks to members of our team and providing them with project details as needed
- Assist with testing/QA of applications
- Scheduling client meetings
Skills / Experience / Requirements:

- We run anywhere from 5-15 projects simultaneously, requiring a very high level of organization and ability to manage technical details
- As this position is client-facing, communication skills are very important – both written and verbal
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
- 2 years of Brokerage General Agency experience
- Flexible availability – client phone calls are typically scheduled during normal business hours Mon-Thursday
- Software: gSuite, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Slack
