Peri Lane
CEO
Peri Lane is the principal owner of Apis Productions, based in Annapolis, Maryland. Peri has over 20 years of experience in marketing and technology, with an emphasis on the financial services industry. She has a B.S. in Computer and Information Science and a minor in Communications from the University of Maryland. Peri’s career spans working for financial planning firms to insurance general agencies and ultimately an internet technology start-up before launching Apis.
In her spare time, Peri takes every opportunity to be outdoors. She is a beekeeper and sells her bottled Liquid Love honey to the local community.
Nancy Bosley
CGO
Nancy Bosley is the principal of NL Bosley Associates, a consulting firm begun in 2016 and located in Sandy Hook, Ct.
Bosley has extensive experience in the life insurance and financial services industry. Her career spans multiple decades including 20 years as a Brokerage General Agent, seven as President of an Independent Marketing Organization, and three years as a senior officer of Transamerica Life Brokerage in Los Angeles, Ca.
Passionate about the need for the efficient and compassionate distribution of life insurance products, her practice focuses on the intersection of marketing and technology for the distribution of life and health insurance products. Clients include product manufacturers, distributors, and technology innovators.
Nancy graduated from Goucher College, in Baltimore, Md. with a bachelor’s degree in English and is a CLU and ChFC. She is a member of several boards and is particularly interested on the needs of underprivileged children.
An avid exerciser, avocations include pretending to be a golfer.
Danny McKeever
Business Development Director
Danny specializes in helping clients find their authentic voice and craft messaging that resonates in their market. His experience as a writer, SEO strategist, and brand marketer helps him see the poetry in the analytics and the forest through the trees. He is in his element when speaking to clients and teasing out the exceptional offering that sets them apart from their competitors.
When he is not analyzing website data or working with the team, he can be found singing with his daughter, writing poetry, or hiking to the summit of quiet volcanos in Southern Oregon.
Ann Hirrlinger

Ann has a degree in Information Systems Management from UMBC. Her 25+ year career in tech has given her a practical understanding of business requirements and how evolving technology can help achieve them. She has developed applications and managed tech projects for businesses in many industries, including shipping, food service, insurance, finance, accounting, marketing, and ecommerce. Her experience includes many development platforms and languages of the past two decades. For Apis, Ann uses her skills to listen and collaborate with clients, combining creativity with precision and organization to create websites that are beautiful, effective, and functional.
Besides all things techie, she enjoys kayaking, yoga, cooking, and restoring old houses.
Jason Schutte
Creative Director
With what free time he can find, Jason is an avid Photographer, and has shot collections for museums, concert tours, and street photography across the United States.
Brett Kenna
Client Success Manager
Brett joins the Apis team with nearly a decade of experience in the life insurance software industry and over 20 years in customer service and support. His passion for helping customers and simplifying software usage is evident in his work. Previously, as a Technical Writer, Brett honed his skills in documenting software processes and creating valuable resources for client success.
Outside of the tech world, Brett holds a Bachelor of Music with elective studies in business from Mansfield University. He also regularly performs with local choirs and theaters throughout the SEPA area.

With nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Vijay consistently strives for perfection from the start and is dedicated to continuously improving his skills to ensure that his solutions enhance the user experience.
Throughout his career, Vijay has created over 400 successful websites known for their high standards of aesthetics, speed, and user-friendliness. He has a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to creating beautiful and functional websites using the latest web development trends and technologies.
Peps Bustamante
Marketing Assistant
Peps is a graduate of communications with a minor in public relations and MA units in development communication and education. A naturally curious cat, Peps loves to learn new technologies which led him to acquire a specific liking for web development, marketing, and design. Working from the beautiful island of Palawan in the Philippines, Peps has had the opportunity to work as a marketing and sales supervisor, a public relations supervisor, and a college instructor in a local state university where he worked with different communities as a project manager for social development. If he’s not busy with everything else, you will find this Piscean sitting at his favorite beach, staring peacefully towards sunset and thinking about how awesome life is.
Van
Executive Assistant
As Peri’s assistant, Van strives to maintain Peri’s schedule with precision and efficiency.
An affinity for organization and communications led Van through a long career in hospitality and event management, and she brings those skills in service to Peri and Apis.
Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Van also spent time in Atlanta and Tampa before settling on the Gulf Coast of Florida. With her husband and 3 dogs, she enjoys the stunning colors in the sunrises, sunsets, and the native flora. And the weather, of course.
An avid fan of Rick Astley, Van has travelled the world to see his shows and hang out with her international fellow Rick fans.
