This role is a remote part-time 1099 position, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week during standard business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage website design and development projects from inception to launch
• Work with clients to identify action items
• Coordinate delivery of content and provide suggestions for content layout for key pages
• Assign and monitor tasks to our design and development team
• Assist with layout and content placement on the development website
• Review completed work by team members
• Provide client with budget/timeline updates
• Assist with the website launch process
• Assist with testing/QA
• Lead weekly project calls with clients
• Keep the project deliverables on track

REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist in client meetings to review and gather requirements, disseminate feedback to the internal team
• Participation in weekly team meetings to discuss projects
• Extremely high attention to detail and the ability to provide quality control
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to adapt to a wide variety of personalities
• Knowledge of user experience, design, and online technologies
• Proficiency with Wordpress
• Great organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize project tasks
• Strong sense of initiative and adaptability
